Holding space for women
Women are outpacing men across nearly every meaningful metric. The empowerment of women has been a necessary response to centuries of patriarchal suppression and misstreatment. And yet, beneath the surface, many women are suffering in quiet desperation, silently carrying the weight of relentless pressure to adapt, perform, and hold more than ever before.
This drive to be more, achieve more, and prove more, can slowly exhaust the nervous system and distance women from their bodies, their intuition, and their joy. Instead of freedom, success often brings numbness, anxiety, and a persistent sense of longing, an unspoken grief for a self they can no longer feel. What if the work is not about adding or becoming more, another credential, title, or goal, but about subtraction? What if the work is remembering your wholeness? From this deep knowing, the path becomes one of letting go rather than striving and holding on. Through returning to the body and the heart, something essential reorganizes. Ease becomes possible. Freedom becomes lived.
This is the space I hold for women.
Offering a protective masculine energy, where guards can come down, wounds can heal, and the full range of feminine power, both capable in the world, and connected in their hearts, returns.
